Pattern Exposure Session

A direct session where I identify and expose the pattern you are operating inside in real time.  You leave with clarity on:

  • what is actually driving your behaviour

  • where self-trust is being interrupted

  • what identity structure is reinforcing the loop

  • a clear action plan to guide you through the dismantling of the loop you have been stuck on
